What to include

Purchases and refunds — the email you used at checkout or your Stripe receipt number. See the refund policy.
Lost access on a new device — use "Restore by email" under the deep report on your result page first; email us if it doesn't find your purchase.
Bugs — the page address and what you expected to happen. Please don't send your answers; we never need them.
