Refund policy

Changed your mind? If you haven't used it, you can get your money back within 7 days.

How it works

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for a deep report or all-tests pass you have not used (opened the unlocked report).
• If something went wrong — you were charged twice, or the report didn't unlock — we will refund or fix it regardless of the 7 days.
• To ask for a refund, email traitprint.support@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout (or include the Stripe receipt number).
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Access to the refunded report ends.
