FAQ
What is 8values?
8values is a popular open-source political quiz that scores you on four axes, each with two opposing values (eight values in total): Equality vs Markets, Nation vs World, Liberty vs Authority and Tradition vs Progress.
Is this the 8values quiz?
No — it's an independent test with its own questions. It measures 12 axes and then combines them into the same four classic dimensions, so you get 8values-style percentages alongside a more detailed breakdown.
How are the four scores calculated here?
Each classic dimension is the average of two of our axes: Economic = Ownership + Markets, Diplomatic = Nation + Force, Civil = Rule + Liberty, Societal = Tradition + Faith. Percentages point toward Equality, World, Liberty and Progress respectively.
Quick or full?
The 24-question quick test is enough for a fun result. The 72-question full test is steadier — one unusual answer moves a score far less.
